We offer Industrial Refrigeration Unit that uses carbon dioxide as the refrigerant. Carbon dioxide is
preferred for industrial refrigeration due to its environment friendly characteristics, favorable
thermo-physical properties and low toxicity. In comparison to conventional refrigerants, CO2 allows
significant cost reductions in compressors and pipe-work. In the unit, we have integrated liquefaction
system for liquifying carbon dioxide gas, heat exchanger for avoiding any heat loss and chillers for
continuous operation.
We have specially designed liquefaction system for ammonia manufacturing plants. Our refrigeration system
is advanced and sophisticated in functioning and thus requires low maintenance. In order to meet client's
exact requirements regarding their industrial applications, we offer a wide range of refrigeration units
in the capacity of 50 kg/hr to 5000 kg/hr
Industrial Liquefaction System for Ammonia is used extensively for liquefying industrial gas. Prior to
liquefacation, the gas is compressed to two levels using a first and a second compression system. Post
compression, the gas is processed in heat exchanger integrated with vertically oriented condensing heat
exchange passages and horizontally oriented sensible heat exchange passages.
The system produces high-purity liquefied carbon dioxide gas which can be further used for making dry ice
and to produce bubbles in carbonated beverages. In ammonia manufacturing plants, the CO2 is captured and
can be refined to produce liquefied carbon dioxide with 99.995Vol% purity.
Water Chiller is used to reduce the internal stress in equipment due to heat. We have specially designed
chiller for the applications of oil chilling, die mould chilling and chemicals chilling. Attached heavy
duty casters make the chiller easy to move from one process to another. Protected in a housing of square
pipe frame, the chiller is integrated with CRC power-coated panels and locks. In addition to this, there
is a stainless steel storage tank, refrigeration system and hermetically sealed compressor with air
conditioner & static type evaporator in the chiller.
Reciprocating and Screw Compressors are the major parts of a refrigeration system. These compressors are
used extensively to compress the CO2 gas upto a desired level for its liquefacation. We offer these
compressors in single and two stage models.
Specially designed to produce compressed air with the low dew point, these are quick and easy in
installation. All these compressors are developed to reduce cost in operation and power with high
capacity.
Condenser is a major part of any refrigeration unit. In condensers, the refrigerant discharges the heat,
it has absorbed in the evaporator. Heavy duty metal is used in the refrigeration condensers to withstand
the heat buildup during the operation. One of the effective solutions for heat transfer from one fluid to
another, these are also known as thermal unit, condensing vapor into liquid.
Heat Exchangers are specifically intended for application in refrigeration systems. It is used to transfer
heat between refrigerant vapor leaving the evaporator on the low pressure side of the system and liquid
refrigerant leaving the condenser on the high pressure side of the system. The prime objective is to
increase the capacity of system refrigeration and prevent possible compressor damage due to left out
liquid in vapor stream.
